Help opening ebook files (epub, mobi, PDF, etc.)

This is my first time using this app, and I tried to start my reading by children's book titled Snatched Up To Heaven for Children. I downloaded it in .epub format and opened it by my android nor OBC reader, but it stated that the site is not supported. May I have some advices? Or if possible, Can I switch to pdf format?

3. Yes
4. Wait for download > Open in OBC Reader > Loading until available to read
6. No error message, just continuous long-time loading (Also there are missing chapters from the ebook copy)
7. Apps: OBC Reader only
I will try all the top tips from this forum, when I do encounter such trouble opening ebook files again. Thanks for this.

4. Download, save, open using to document viewer and thats it.
5. Just error opening the book
6. Camscanner and document viewer only

I feel I am not technologically able to download books onto my computer / kindle. I became very frustrated trying (and failing) to do so. Therefore I am resigning from the Online Book Club and apologize for any inconvenience to you.

1) i dont know what file i chose.
2)android, OBC reader

cant download at all. i click download and nothing happens. ive tried opening in new tab to download and still no luck.
