Great! You're welcome! :)

1) PDF format
2) I'm using my laptop
3) Yes I have successfully opened a file in PDF format on this device before.
4) I click 'download' and when the download is complete I open the file in a download file on my desktop or on the tab below the page in the browser.
5) When I open the file there is only one page that is promoting the book and states where you can get the book.
6) There was no error message.

I've selected this book to review and I would appreciate help as soon as possible. thank you very much.

Hi I did report it in my update tab and it was said that they would delete the pdf that was there and notify the publishers or whoever it is that's in charge, to send another copy of the book, so hopefully I'll be able to review it, because it seems like a good book.
Thank you for your assistance🖒

I am having difficulty opening the chosen book for review, The Date Farm by Jack Winnick.
1. Opening file format in PDF.
2. I a using desktop windows 7.
3. I have successfully opened files on previous occasions.
4. Open in PDF and save file.
5. When I download, only the cover page appears, not the complete download of the book.
6. I do not receive any error message.

As I am having trouble downloading The Date Farm by Jack Winnick, I decided to download another book, The Reel Sisters by Michelle Cummings. However, I encountered the same problem as The Date Farm, the book did not download in its entirety. Once the problem is resolved, I do not need to review both books at the same time, only one would do.

Thank you

I have trouble opening the book Burn Zones by Jorge P. Newbery.
1. epub
2. Kindle 5.12.3
3. No

Is there a possibility to download it in another format, or convert it? Because this device doesn't support epub format and if I cannot get the book in another format I would like to switch to another book. I will not be able to read it and review it.

Thank you,
Z

That's because you chose the wrong format. Once chosen, the format can't be changed, but you can try to convert it via the free Calibre App.
