I'll have to go with time travel. This is because of how she is able to manipulate situations and make decisions.

They seem too specific and vivid to me to be simply dreams or visions. I believe they are most likely memories, though time travel is still a possibility.

I stand with ancestral memories because Sarah's vision of the bear is connected to being her a gift (her totem). During the school trip, when Jared and Conner hurt the elk with their knives, Sarah looks into its eyes and realizes she must release its spirit, which she does. This is what she had learned about the ancestor's function.
