I believe the book is as accurate as it could be. I am not a medical practitioner but some information mentioned about the herbal treatments used for different ailments have been, and are being used in my home country on a regular bases. With that being said, I do believe to the best of my knowledge, that sometimes, that split second decision could save a life. Plus there is the added bonus that it would be difficult to properly secure the spine of different weight class individuals or if you do not know the medical history of someone who could possibly have a deformed skeletal system.

I am not a medical professional but the target reader is also not expected to be a medical professional. The book provides instant remedies which can be given before taking a person to the hospital. I found the information accurate for people like me, who have no knowledge about first-aids.

As many others have said, I feel this book was written for the regular lay person, the common individual, not medical professionals. I feel the author did a great deal of research and effort to make sure the information was as accurate and also as easy to understand as possible. I feel it was written also, with the idea that if we used some of the concepts and practices in an emergency situation, that a visit to a medical facility would happen fairly soon after anyway.

The book is very satisfactory and contains a lot of information on different ailments and how they can be treated with common herbs that can be found almost everywhere. Although for someone without any medical knowledge it can be hard to put all these into practice in fear of escalating a medical condition. That aside, I find the book very useful especially in emergencies as it can be the key to a person's chance of survival so I am very satisfied with it.

I don’t think the book is for medical professionals. The author had to dumb down some of it, for any reader to understand.

I am satisfied with the accuracy. I knew some of the things mention and others were new information. As far as I've read from reviews, the information is legitimate.

Well, even though I am not a medical expert, the content of this book seem legit and sounds plausible in my opinion.

I'm not professionally trained but I think what matters is not the accuracy in terms of what is written but how what is written actually helps in an emergency.

The main idea of this book is to provide first aid medical guide to anyone who might come across it be it medically inclined or not. I will not expect the readers to know if everything in the book is accurate unless they have to involve a professional to vet and screen it. However, his job is noteworthy.

I have no advanced medical knowledge but I can say that I found the information provided by the author to be accurate. I feel that it prepares us for care in specific emergency cases, providing basic information. It seems to me that the intention is to be able to act quickly and safely without replacing the teachings of advanced preparation.

I am no medical professional so I cannot say this book is 100% accurate. But I can say that I'm satisfied with the book because most information the author provided was things that I knew before and could assist in an emergency.

I am not a medical professional, so I can't say for sure that the information is up to par with current medical expectations. However, I think the author did an excellent job explaining (in layman's terms) step-by-step instructions for performing life-saving interventions.

I am not a medical professional like most of the others present here, and as such is the target audience, I don't think it should be such a big problem. The goal always is to provide a simple, comprehensible outlook of the topic without making it scary.

I would like to point out that the audience intended for this book isn't limited to medical literate individuals but also to those who have no clue in the medical literature which was a huge thumps up for me.
