Some of these drugs as you rightly said mask the symptoms without fixing the underlying issues. I want to know what the author has to say about vitamin B3.nice one.

A health book focusing on the benefits of taking Vitamin D3 sounds educational, but I doubt it can solve all health issues. It sounds like the book offers some great insights, though. That the book is well-organized makes it easier to read. Not for me, but I am glad you found it helpful. Thank you for the review!

I religiously take my Vitamin D supplements every day because I share a similar past as the author writing the book. Up until a couple of years ago, I was plagued with feelings of sluggishness and I was always fighting off some time of infection. I chalked it up to having small kids in school, in which germs and viruses were constantly coming home. But as the children grew older, my situation didn't rectify itself. Finally, I started taking vitamins (D and iron) and it made a world of a difference! Thank you so much for the engaging review!

In his book The Optimal Dose, Judson Somerville MD, the author, offers medical advice and reveals to his readers the powerful benefits that can manifest when Vitamin D3 is taken in the proper dose. I love this book because it's informative. Great review.

The Optimal Dose is a self-help book discussing the benefits of vitamin D3. It can help with weight-loss, restless leg syndrome and your general wellbeing. This sounds like a useful book for everyone. Congratulations to the author for being chosen as BOTD. Thanks to the reviewer. This is a very informative review.

A well-written non-fiction book that deals with health sounds an informative read. I have not read the sample yet, but I'll check it out! I am glad it contains instructions that are easy to follow; plus, it is well edited! A must-read for fans of the genre! Thank you for the detailed review!😀

Here is my review on: The Optimal Dose by Judson Somerville MD

The author has highlighted the hard working routine of a professional earning being , that how their dedication and concentration towards there job lead to some certain loss to their health. The author had invented a very useful cure for those who don't get enough time to utilize from their busy lives on their health. The author has also stated his childhood problems which would help the readers to relate with the similar ailments with the author, it would help them to connect with the problem effectively.
The book in itself is engaging as how the author is replicating peoples lives.

It sounds as though you enjoyed reading about D3 and it's health benefits. I am not one to read this particular material, but it does sound informative and the author/physician really knows his stuff. Thank you for your review.

I like that he wrote a book to tell how taking this supplement has improved his life and why we should take it as well. I am not a huge reader of non-fiction, but I would probably consider this book because of the subject matter.
