I believe Amazing Career" by Blanca M De La Rosa is inspirational and full of positive encouragement. This book applies to everyone who is a starter or an expert in corporate dealings. Well, the advice in this book speaks volume, even to immigrants who are struggling to survive in a foreign land. To the author, thanks for sharing your real-life experiences. Many of us will learn a thing or two from it.

I like the fact that this book actually highlights on the differences between having a job and having a career. Doing what you do and loving what you do, the importance of this cannot be overemphasised.

This was a thorough review as well, thank you.

I love the message this book represents. “Your career is not defined by your destination but your journey.” You must define what success means to you before you can achieve it. The author is very passionate about helping others realize their success and she provides a short book to encourage us, and show us how she got there. Thank you for the review!

This sounds like a good book to read for anyone looking to get ahead in this world. However, I don't think it is a good fit for me, as I am now retired. Thank you for the review!

The book Empowering Yourself for An Amazing Career by Blanca De La Rosa is the school every one that inspires to make it in a corporate world would need. There seems to be no straight forward method of making it but she shares experience that makes you realize you can learn a lot without necessarily making the same mistakes.

I appreciate that the author knows that not all advice applies to everyone. They put emphasis on listening to your instincts, which is usually the most important thing. Great review, thanks!

This sounds like a very inspiring story. I am not too interested in self-help books at this point in my life. However, I will keep this one in mind if I reach a point where I need some career guidance. Thanks to the author for sharing her experiences and congratulations on Book of the Day!

Blanca shares her tough journey to success and teaches us how to succeed, too. She beat the odds; she says so can we. She urges us to learn from her mistakes; we certainly can't afford to make them all ourselves. Gracias, Blanca, for your inspiration and generosity in helping others achieve their full potential.
