I am certainly feeling a bit lost and self conscious when it comes to my current path and the decisions I have made. Books like these definitely help put your mind at ease and give you a better perspective.

I love these kind of books and I will definitely read this one. As much as it is rare to find something new in most self-help books, the positivity is always good especially for the young ones. I am happy you said the author is guinuine and sincere -it makes a great read and helpful to most confused teens. Thanks for a well balanced review.

This book is so encouraging! By changing your thoughts you can change your outcome. I especially like that it's simple. Seems like a good reminder.

A motivational book that boosts self-esteem and confidence sounds inspirational. That the book contains exercises and anecdotes from the author's life experiences is a plus. Hopefully, those editing issues were fixed by now. I agree with you that , self-validation should come from within". Thank you for the review!

I believe the message that you can achieve what you want is one that needs to be offered up as often as possible. So glad this inspirational book manages to do that.

I'm not a fan of self-help books but this does sound like a good one for those that are.

Such a motivational and uplifting read. I hope the author would subject the book to a polishing round of proofreading, though. Thanks for the candid and insightful review.

Thank you for the review, but I definitely will not be reading this, as I don't like self-help books, especially those purporting that one can change one's situation by changing one's thoughts and speech and blah blah blah.

I definitely need to achieve clarity of direction, especially now when there are so many changes happening in my life so I think I'll pick this up and see if it helps any. I also like that the author has kept it to 13 chapters, nice and short.

As you mention, this is not exactly groundbreaking. The benefits of modifying our thought patterns or journaling have been well established by psychologists. I do applaud that the author respects other people's faiths. I understand how this book might be helpful for some people, but I think I would find it repetitive of things I already know.
Thank you for your honest review.

This is an inspirational non-fiction self-help guide book on the journey toward positivity. The book is free on Kindle Unlimited and has an inciteful OnlineBookClub review that highlighted the best the book had to offer. I rated it 3 out of 4 stars. Congrats on being the BOTD.

"You Can Totally Do This," is a totally self-help book in which the author has given a blueprint for achieving success in thirteen steps.
