I wonder how he arrived at 82 choices? The premise sounds good. We all can benefit from perspective. I’d have to look into it a bit more to decide whether or not to pursue this one.

I couldn't agree more with the author. Honestly, we all have a choice! Even to be angry or not. It's very nice that the author stress upon the value of making choice in life. We are who we are depending on the choices that we make. Thank you for your candid review!
