A book that teaches finances and budget sounds helpful. It is good that the author not only provides a thorough guide for better money management, but he also gives examples of budget plans. I agree with the author that passion and purpose are two driving factors towards financial freedom. However, there are cases where both elements are present yet the expected isn't achieved. Nonetheless, it's worth a try. I also like her format of writing down goals, potential obstacles and likely ways of tackling the roadblocks. Thanks for the lovely review.

Financial independence is an important part of life. Unfortunately, it's not stressed as much as it should be. I like that this book is targeted to young adults but that it is also relevant to an older audience. I also like that the author uses personal experience to demonstrate her point.

It was an excellent read and provided good financial advice. I would certainly recommend this book to young adults since I believe they could learn a lot from it. I also think anyone who is struggling financially would benefit from reading this book. However, this isn’t the best choice for someone who finds finances boring, or is simply not interested in guidebooks.

I read the sample pages of this today, and I found myself thinking this book seems geared more toward the young versus an older person. However, like you stated here, this book seems to be written in a very reader friendly way so that the flow of it is appealing and doesn’t seem so heavy. Great job on this review. I have read so many of these types of books that I am just not interested in investing more energy into another right now.
