It sounds a bit similar to The Magic by Rhonda Byrne of The Secret.

I have seen the benefit of gratitude in my life, and I know it is difficult to maintain that thankfulness when times are tough. Perhaps a book like this would be helpful for cultivating more of a daily practice. And, I really like that the author allowed room for diverse spiritual beliefs. Thanks for another great review.
