What I took away from this book is that I am not ready for "isness." While I've experienced the effects of recruitment by being threatened wirh burning in Hell, I've done all right with not being labeled as born again.

I'm truly happy for the author for his achievements of journaling and composing a book. This is a well edited book but not for me. Guess my feathers got ruffled.

Thank you for this insightful review of this book. I was drawn to this book because it reminds me of the Celestine Prophecy, a similar new age "self help" book that involved travel and transformation. This review has piqued my interest and I now thoroughly want to read this book.

I think that this review explained the book perfectly. It really hit the mark on all the ways the book affected its readers.

Love the very detailed review. This book sounds very interesting and I am intrigued. Not one to read self help books but I have placed this one on my want to read shelf. Thank you for your review.

This doesn't sound like something I would like. I think everyone has their own spiritual beliefs. I don't think I would be able to apply someone else's journey or beliefs to my self.

I don't think this is something I would enjoy I don't like reading spiritual self-help books I feel as if though they are very far from reality, and as if though they put one specific person in the spotlight.

I’m on the fence with this one. Your review is impressive, and it sounds like you got a lot from the book. I’m just not sure it’s for me. Thanks so much for your insight!

This was an amazingly written review that made me want to read the book for the second time. I love how you mentioned the delicately inserted humor that made the book captivating.

Thank you for such a detailed review. The Unbound Soul by Richard L. Haight seems just like the kind of book I would want to read. While I don't really believe in reincarnation, I believe that Heaven and Hell are real. Therefore, I would recommend this book to anyone who is seeking spiritual insights which are directly applicable to their day-to-day life. Good review! Job well done!

The expression, "There is a bit of Truth in all things, yet no one thing holds All the Truth" could be applied to the way that Richard L. Haight lived his life. I found your review inspiring and am sure the book will be interesting. Thank you for your recommendation. 💕

I love this review! I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of the Latter-day Saints, I'm very into spiritual topics. I got engaged with the idea of getting this book for myself. As I was reading your reaction, focusing on the teachings each chapter offers. Tips for wellness and everything, I couldn't help but relate to some readings I did last year, Dalai Lama's books. Even if some of the points of view, don't necessarily go along with my Christian beliefs, there's still a way to grab the main ideas and apply to my life or my service to others.

And I agree, you don't have to agree or accept 100% of the teachings or points of view. Simple language is a very good character, especially when it comes to these topics as the audience may vary in age range.

I have a good feeling about this book, definitely. I'm so glad I came across this review. Thank you!
