I love your review! You make wonderful points about rambling, disorganization, reiterating concepts that are already assumed by the reader (fertilizer), and, of course, the Brix fiasco. I would definitely have read this book because I enjoy organic gardening, but unfortunately, I realize I'll need to search elsewhere for my information. Thanks!

I don't see how this book will be of importance to me since am not interested in gardening. Your review is hilarious and I've smiled all the way to the end. Thanks for the review.

You're right, I think – he could have used some professional help. Thanks for reading and your kind comments.

If you already know a bit about it, you might find the tips and recipes helpful (especially if you live in the USA) but let's hope there are easier ways for most people to get that information. Thanks for reading and your encouraging comments.

Well, I'm especially glad you enjoyed it if you're not interested in the topic. Thanks for taking the time to drop by.

Great, thorough review! The book doesn't sound like my cup of tea, based on your description of it being poorly structured, rambling, and repetitive. In this type of book, it's so important for the format to be user-friendly. Hope you have a better experience with your next book.

Although this topic doesn't interest me yet, it's sad that the book's lack of structure may turn off even those genuinely interested in the book. I hope the author works on making it better. Thanks for the detailed review.

Yes, indeed - I nearly gave up on it. Thanks for taking the time to comment, even though it's not your area of interest.

What do you mean I CAN'T USE CHEMICAL FERTILIZERS in my organic garden!?!? A good editor should have put a stop to all that capitalization...

Too bad this book fell flat but you did a great job on the review.

 Ha, ha - yes - well, to be honest, random capitalisation would have been among the least of an editor's worries. Thanks for your kind comment.

This book aims to educate an organic horticultural wisdom. I'm sorry to hear about the chaotic organisation and the errors that infuriate you.

Fruits and vegetables which are organically raised are nutritious. It would have been better if all farmers are using this method.

Thanks for your detailed review.

I am so happy I came across your review. Having been an organic gardener for many years, I might have grabbed this book. But, thanks to your review, I will skip it. I have just finished an equally meandering book, so I have high hopes for the next one! There are so many great books out there on organic gardening. This one doesn't sound like one of them. Your review, on the other hand, is just wonderful. I really like how you write. Even when you are critical, your language is very engaging and upbeat. Thanks!

Thanks for reading, and your kind comments. As an experienced gardener, you might find the book helpful, but it would be a lot of work to dig out the best bits. Hope you continue to enjoy your gardening!
