Review of GOD'S PLAN FOR YOU: 21-DAY DEVOTIONAL
Asking some key questions relating to one’s existence could be a key point to understanding one’s purpose. For example, what is God’s will or plan for me? Answering this question is important to attaining your full potential and understanding your purpose on Earth. This book, GOD’S PLAN FOR YOU: 21-DAY DEVOTIONAL by Tim Outlaw, is here to help you discover God’s plan for your life.
The author began by introducing the inspiration behind this book during the COVID-19 pandemic and some of his personal stories. In discovering God’s will for you, some factors are considered, which were discussed in this book. These include truth and feeling, receiving God’s mercy over your life as this gets you in the game, submitting to Jesus, understanding what is worldly or godly, complete transformation, and more. This book is rich with biblical references and quotations, which can be useful for personal study.
This book teaches so many lessons that can be applied to our everyday lives. Most times, God’s plan for us is not dependent on our emotions or how we feel about something but on the truth of his word. Coming from a Christian background, I loved how this book focused on the importance of accepting and submitting to Jesus Christ as the only way to walk with God and discover his plan for you. This book contained prayers, walk-it-out sessions, notes, and sessions to think about, which made it unique and very engaging with readers.
This book was excellently well-written and edited. I could not find anything dislikable or negative about this book; also, I could not spot any errors. This book was quite easy to read and comprehend because of its commendable organization. I will rate this book 5 out of 5 stars because the entire concept of this book appealed so much to me and because of the author’s simple and well-edited writing.
I recommend this book to any Christian book lover passionate about discovering the purpose of God for their lives.
