Wellness on the Weekly by Adrianne Lind is a short but insightful piece that aims to guide its reader through fifty-two weeks of wellness activities for a more holistic well-being. The scope of this book is to help its readers understand their physical, emotional, and mental well-being in the best possible way through interesting activities, easy prompts, and stress-relieving activities. From yoga to meditations, stretches, breath work, and even journaling, this book packs it all and has the potential to upgrade our lifestyle for the better while reducing our dependence on conventional medicine for every lifestyle issue.

Reading this book triggered a lot of positive change in me, and as someone who struggles with sleep, the 4-7-8 breathing technique proved effective for me, and I'm grateful for that. Adrianne describes these weekly guides in a playful and considerate manner, highlighting that perfection is not the aim of the exercises given in this book, but rather the sense of fulfilment and calm that follows is important. For every exercise, there is a link to a video attached to help the reader understand the chapter better. The quotes at the end of the chapters are also encouraging. The highlight from this book for me was the pictures; they were intentionally drawn, and I loved to see them at the beginning of each chapter.

The only dislike I had was that I wished the book had more details; however, this is subjective, and it can be seen as suitable enough by another person. This is the kind of writing that impacts its audience and gets them more aware of their overall well-being. I did not come across any errors while reading, showing that this book was perfectly edited. Wellness on the Weekly by Adrianne Lind receives 5 out of 5 stars from me for the clear message it conveys and the interestingly unique way it is delivered. I recommend this book to audiences who love books that discuss health, yoga, and general body well-being.
