Wow! This sounds like a book truly up my alley! I started marathon running about five years ago and it changed my life. It's an incredibly introspective sport, I mean-you have HOURS to your thoughts. I am going to list this one and might even get it for my running mentor/friend. Thank you!

I want to read this because i used to running and want to improve myself. I hope this may be a good guide or coach for perfection in running.

I am too much intresting to read this.

This sounds like a book the world needs. I'm sure many of us have tried, failed, and retried running at some point in our lives, and for us bookworms this is probably the best motivation we'll find to actually get out and do it! Thanks for the great review!

I am sure this author's writings will inspire many 'couch potatoes' to spring from their seats and start running. It will also inspire many young persons to start a career in sports.
