I seriously enjoyed reading "Anti-aging and Secrets of Healthy Living to Stop the Clock”. Not only did this book give amazing tips on how to stay beautiful, healthy, and lively, but it also gave tips on how to get in tune with yourself. This book is great for anyone who is struggling to find the motivation to get up and get started on building their dream self. The author truly breaks things down into very easy-to-follow steps you can take to better yourself once and for all. The author lists off everyday things that you already do that you may not even realize are actually helping you become a better person and also brings some new ideas into your life. I love the style in which this book is written. It literally feels like a best friend is talking to you on the phone. It is very easy to follow and flows very nicely. I only noticed one error in the book, and that was all the way at the end! I can tell that time was taken to edit this book. It is very professional while still being light-hearted and friendly. This would make a perfect coffee table book. The friendly nature of the writing style was really comforting and made this book enjoyable to read. I didn't feel like I was being scolded or told I was doing everything wrong. This truly felt like a friend just giving me tips on how to better myself. This book is great for anyone who is looking to improve themselves. I like how the book is structured into different sections about specific topics like exercise, makeup, hair etc. The author also touches on both religion (non-specifically) and also spirituality (non-specifically as well) which I appreciate because not everyone is religious and also, not everyone is spiritual, so the fact that the author included both aspects is very considerate and shows a lot of respect. I give this book a five out of five because it was well written, flowed very smoothly, and felt very lighthearted while still being full of beneficial information.

The blend of practical tips and a conversational tone makes this book sound engaging and supportive. I appreciate that it includes both religious and spiritual perspectives respectfully. While the focus on personal improvement is appealing, I don’t think I’ll be reading this one for now.
