stories like these remind us how fickle life is. It's a shame the author may not have delved well into the details but we are all different in how we tell our stories. It may not have been easy for the author.

Sometimes tragedy makes us realize what we are made of. I am glad to hear the author has found a way to be positive. Should be an interesting read.

You are right, but it's sad that it takes tragedy to do that. Thanks for commenting.

What a beautiful, personal review. Thank you for your insights and lovely writing. Makes me want to read the book. I can't imagine what the author has experienced. But, like you, I have hidden chronic illnesses, and that helps me empathize with that piece of it. There is a loneliness in it. I think I will try this book - knowing I would have to look beyond the editing problems.

Living with TBI is such a struggle, and more common than most people realize. Books like this are important and inspiring. I have a lot of respect for the author who manages these daily struggles, and writes a book about it!

This sounds like a really interesting read. It is a shame that there are typing errors, but hopefully the author can use your critique and make some corrections. I have never experienced such a traumatic health complication, so it is always educational to hear stories like this right from the person who suffered. I really liked how you said that not all health problems are visible by just looking at a person. This is true with physical and mental/emotional ailments and I think it is so important to never forget that. Thanks for the review!

Thanks for the elaborate review. I think, this is a captivating story in which the author, through his own accident, makes it clear to the readers that no one can take any situation for granted. Things can change any time, as quickly as it happened to the author. The positive point is, he came out of the dreadful situations through his positive outlook and his urge to care for himself and his family. This is surely an interesting and eye-opening story for a reader, as it is connected to real life situations. I congratulate the author for sharing his life experiences with the public, and making others understand not to take anything for granted.

At first I thought that the title is meant to be mocking or amusing. However, when I read your review, I found that the book is rather emotional and personal. I like the positive edge to the storyline. Amazing review!

Great review. I like a short read once in a while and this one sounds good. You never get to hear about how someone is living with a brain injury and how they are doing. Thank you for the review.
