Great review. The author was a fan of evening exercises before an encounter with his misfortune. He used to do exercises after coming from work in the evening. The one day he broke his brain while on a mountain bike ride.

I can only imagine how difficult it must be to wake up one day and you can no longer function as you normally could! Especially considering his role as provider in the home, things must have really taken a tough turn both health-wise and financially. I'm glad to hear that the overall message is a positive one. It's a great message and reminder that we should not take what we have for granted, but to be grateful and also to plan ahead. Thanks for this review!

The book is inspiring but gets emotional for a little time along the way. The author had broken his head while riding bicycle on the mountains.

It's a book that would nudge you back to reality. Sometimes, I think we need to just hit the pause button and smell the flowers. Never take for granted want you have. Good review. Hope the writer gets a better editor.

Awesome review!!
I actually like books that are practical and speak about life experiences.
Such books can motivate others in life to overcome their obstacles.
Indeed, all that's well ends well for those who are willing to persevere.

It's seems interesting. One day change your life drastically. You'll never know when that might happen. But if it were me, I don't think I'll know what to do.

I think this book concurs with the say you don't appreciate what you have till you lose it. The author initially took his health for granted.
