The book explains the concept of “Interdermentalnal” power as that unique tool that will help us improve our lives by transforming habits into objectives. This improvement was explained from a philosophical and psychological standpoint.

This book says philosophy is the tool we use to explain things around us, while psychology involves the study of human responses to know what is inherent in the mind. In explaining further, the author says we can employ tools like perception, description, awareness, persuasion, etc. to achieve our goal of leading a good life. Perception is concerned with how intuition is used from source to destination, and its four stages are taking, evaluating, adjusting, and resolving.

To be very good at awareness, one must master the art of discernment, and it can be achieved with 'Interdermentalnal' thinking. With humility, one attracts the power of empathy, and when you combine the above with avoidance, equal stagnation, and participation, a standard behavior is preserved. With 'Interdermentalnal' power, one counters foreign spirits to maintain homeostasis. This book discussed the unification of instincts and culture to maintain balance. To have all-around knowledge of anything, persistence is required, and to grow, you need to apply knowledge.

In this book, I gained fresh insight into the concepts of hope, homeostasis, the components necessary to keep a family or union together, etc. The author leads an inquiry into human nature and explains the human instinct, mind, and reason behind our choices. As I read this book, I saw the need to lead a life of love and that my choices have cascading effects, positively or negatively. Good things don’t come easy, and any worthwhile adventure takes time.

This book is for you if you enjoy reading about philosophical and psychological inquiry into phenomena. The only drawback I have about this book is the high-sounding vocabulary that made comprehension difficult. This drawback is not generic because the book was not written for everyone. Jason Joel McKnight’s ‘InterDerMentalNal(M.I.N.D.) Power’ was exceptionally edited and will receive a rating of five out of five stars.

I don’t think that this is the book for me. I found even the explanation that you gave to be very difficult to understand. I’m sure, though, that others will find it fascinating. Thanks!
