Great review! I have always been intrigued by the brain and how it works in coordination with the rest of the body. I also love memoirs so this is definitely a book I will be adding to my "want to read list". Sounds likes a very inspiring story! I know I will not only be inspired but enlightened as well.

Thanks for this very well-written review. I think anybody who is suffering from a life threatening condition of any type can derive inspiration and courage from this book. I like the fact that she injected humour and sarcasm into a serious issue. It can be emotionally nerve racking to deal with serious illnesses. Well done!

I have always been inspired by real life struggle and perseverance. I feel that one can always learn from and admire the true courage of just living without completely going insane. I will definitely read this book one day. Great review

Her story is very inspirational to people going through tough times. I don't think I'd be able to read such dense and emotionally heavy material. Thank you for the review.
