I think it is easy to dismiss beliefs about death that do not align with a person's values and belief systems. We may not have any proof of an afterlife, or whether a metaphysical realm truly exists. It may be comforting to some people to believe that there is a way to communicate with a loved one after their deaths. Reflecting on various practices, and whether they are helpful to a person, is a good process to use to examine a person's beliefs. Thanks for your review.

I think I agree with what Bookhausj said. Life after death was mentioned in the Bible by Jesus and I believed that but not that you start life just after your death but after judgment. But with the review I think there something more interesting about the book.

I enjoy books where the author outlines their spiritual journey as I often find something enlightening that mirrors my own experiences. Thanks for the review.
