Offering deep insights into the world of business creation and management, Breaking the Mold: Remodeling Your Way to Success by Fabian Videla is a book that will guide readers on how to go about their business endeavours and succeed in them. Fabian shares the story of his journey as an entrepreneur—how he rose from a small business owner to the owner of a multi-million dollar business enterprise. I got to learn a whole lot about entrepreneurship, from licensing to hiring. Entrepreneurship was presented in a whole new and distinct light, and it seemed as if it is an easy process if one puts in a great deal of work to achieve their goals, judging by the way the author weaved and told his personal story.
Just like many potential business people, I would love to succeed in any business endeavour I venture into. This book provides a recipe for achieving business success. Each idea is broken down by the author into understandable bits of information. The contents of this book can also serve as handy information for already established business companies because the author's style of delivering ideas is top-notch.
I felt at home and very relaxed reading because of the use of wit and humorous stories by the author about certain aspects of his life. I also appreciate the obvious doses of empathy and thoughtfulness that were highlighted in the pieces of advice in the book, especially on the issue of handling customers and people as an entrepreneur whose services are sought after. This aspect of the book made me knowledgeable about emotional intelligence and how to apply it when dealing with customers in any business establishment.
The book did not fail to pass across its best and most detailed messages in a summarized form, as it used the summaries of 'Lessons of Success', which were located at the end of each chapter of the book, to emphasize what the chapters entailed. This is a great asset that the book possesses. I was left well-informed after reading them. I didn't come across errors while reading, which means that Breaking the Mold: Remodeling Your Way to Success was exceptionally well edited. There is nothing I disliked about this book. For these reasons, I give this book a rating of 5 out of 5 stars.
I am certain that this book would benefit potential, growing, and already established businesses, as its contents would equip its owners with information on how to expand their businesses and incorporate new and ground-breaking business ideas. It sure will prove most effective if readers can open their minds to tap into the ideas provided and creatively execute them.
