I have enjoyed reading your review though a constant question has been ringing in my mind. Why these question marks, before the start of some paragraphs?

The title of this book, "We`re Pregnant" reminds me of the famous words by the then Prime Minister of Britain, Margaret Thatcher, when one of her twins had a baby. She is reported to have exclaimed, "We are a grandmother". That statement generated a lot of comments on and off the media as to what exactly she meant. By "we", did she mean she and her husband, Denis? If that was the case, then how could Denis, a man, be a "grandmother". Similarly, Jesus is quoted in the Bible as having told a number of Jewish scribes who were challenging him for comparing himself with Abraham : “Truly, truly, I say to you, before Abraham was, I am.” (John 8:58 in the English Standard Version). Again, when Moses asked for God`s name in Exodus 3:14, God quizzically responded, "I am that I am". These are statements which have always intrigued me. I wonder what you think.
