This is definitely a good book for our times. I usually struggle with books like this because the ideas sometimes seem so abstract. It’s good that the author seems to have focused on concrete ways by which someone could implement the suggestions into their own leadership styles.

Oh yeah, he did a great job of making the abstract concepts concrete. Thanks for checking out my review!

This is ideal for HR dept. We have enough of issues and bent backs because of the lacking in this topic.

This sounds like a great book on soulful leadership. I like that it isn't just for traditional leaders but ones that you wouldn't generally think of, such as parents, as well.

I want to read this book. Thanks for the reviews. The true Leader must be surrounded with Smart people. Willing to listen and process whatever opinions he has heard and also willing to learn from them. Reform is now on the right time for most of our leaders. Hope most of our leaders find time to read this book. In fact we all need this book.

So, the leader is just a planet not the universe, and he/she must care about the orbits surrounding him/her. That's a fascinating concept. We all need advice on how to be good leaders, 'cause we all are leaders, presidents, directors, teachers, parents, and so on. Interesting review, thanks Mallory Whitaker!

A nonfiction narrative that not only about leadership but also about self-exploring sounds like a handy guide for leaders and organizations alike. It is good that the author uses simple language to transfer his message, and that he includes some real-life examples to make his points. Not for me, but I am glad you found it beneficial. Thank you for the review!

In this works dominated by ego, 'Leadership' has just become a word on the papers. We really are in need of a capable leaders.

Nice review. The fact that we need some good, strong, enlightened, selfless, and less egocentric leaders is so apparent in today’s world. This sounds like a book that so many of our current and future leaders can benefit from. Thanks for sharing.

I couldn't agree more with the distrust of leaders today. Selfishness has overtaken service. We all and not just our leaders could really benefit from a book like this. Thanks for the great review.
