I couldn't wait to see the review of this book once I saw the title. I believe it's a good read and at just 6 pages, I presume the author did not beat about the bush explaining his concept(s). An interesting review, keep up the good work.

The title had me surprised but I like the content though.

The title had me surprised but I like the content though. That lack of sleep advice wouldn't work for me. I need my 7 hours.

A discipline and positive mind is the key for achieving our goals in life. As the author said if we sleep 6 hours and plan the rest for achieving success. Nice review.

Golly, I think I know some 19-39 year olds who would also find this beneficial. Thanks for an enjoyable review!

This book seems to make readers re-energize in order to take action and start working towards one's goals. I like the fact that it's precise and concise in the advice. The reader just has to acquire the knowledge and put it into practice. Thanks for the review!
