This is both inspiring and informative. There are many people unknowingly suffering for such unhealthy lives. If only this would spread everywhere people would receive the deserved help. Thanks for the great review.

wow, another book for health issue. if only all people can read this and aware that hard work will cause body damaged as we grow older. Your review makes me realize how important to take of our body in our younger days.

You are right readandsmile. Our body is only our capital, extra careful is a must, and we need to obey when our body signals a pain, it means that something went wrong and needed to be addressed immediately.
