Elena, who had been hit head-on while riding her motorbike, wrote a lot about her recovery process. She wrote about her encounters and experiences while she remained unconscious in the hospital. This book details Elena's healing journey and the micro-steps she took to live. In every micro-step Elena took, she had to breathe with gratitude and savor that quiet moment for a few seconds. This book also discusses the rebuilding of her life after the accident and her quest to find her identity and rebuild her future.

Elena appears to be quite receptive. Her mind was open to new information that would help her heal. Irrespective of Elena’s predicaments, she was determined to live above her flaws. Other victims of accidents may find inspiration to refocus their lives after reading about Elena's recovery journey. Sometimes, it's not about the predicaments that happen to us; it's often about our attitude towards them.

One thing is natural about this book; I read this book with admiration and gratitude for the gift of breath. While writing this book, Elena made us understand her journey with God in her healing process. She, in every aspect of this book, appreciated the gift of breathing. One will learn to breathe life into every situation. The lessons in the book are treasures that can't be ignored.

Additionally, Elena's recovery path is depicted in this book as a lesson for everyone who is still alive. In addition to helping her get over her worries and anxieties by putting more emphasis on herself, Elena described five transformational elements in her healing journey. You wouldn't want to miss these steps.

This book is very inspiring and helpful. I learned a lot from Elena. Her journey of redefining her life was a beautiful part of her memoir. She was able to breathe with newfound ease. I enjoyed reading this book. I found nothing negative about this book. I only discovered a few errors while reading. Therefore, I will rate this book 5 out of 5 stars. My rating was predicated on the fact that I loved everything about the book.

I recommend this book to all victims of accidents. You can overcome your fears and anxiety by reading Elena Coray's memoir, Breathe With Ease.

Elena's story is inspiring. I find the author courageous to have taken the time to pen such experiences and to relive all those memories. As mentioned in the review, Elena's book offers many life lessons: lessons of gratitude and appreciation. Elena reminds us that breathing itself could become a challenge. Thank you for your review.
