The In-Between: Life in the Micro by Christian Espinosa is an intelligent blend of a memoir and a motivational read. Our life experiences are often shaped by smaller moments of life that we tend to overlook. Chasing the larger goals, we forget to notice life’s micro-moments that bring us joy and satisfaction. By sharing his own experiences, Espinosa takes his readers on a journey of self-exploration. He highlights the importance of appreciating the delicate moments in between the time spent achieving our larger goals that make our lives fuller and richer.

In many ways, this book is a powerful guide for those who are caught in the hustles of daily life. Those wanting to experience peace and tranquillity amidst the chaos of chasing their goals will find this book very helpful. I liked the author’s candid way of narration. The advice he provides is clear and well-argued.

There was nothing that I disliked about the book. It is an extremely relevant read in today’s fast life where people hesitate to even stop and reflect for a moment. Even though this is a memoir, it is written in a manner that keeps readers intellectually engaged. There are no dull moments in the book.

The book is professionally edited. I did not come across any grammatical errors. I would rate the book 5 out of 5 stars. It is well-structured and the pace of narration is perfect.

I highly recommend this book to readers who are feeling stressed out and dissatisfied with their lives. Those wanting to live a more meaningful and purposeful life should pick this book up. Readers who do not like memoirs can treat this book as a self-help guide. This book will help readers to focus on living in the present and cherish every small moment that brings joy. The author convinces readers that there is life beyond money, career, and success.
