Stress of any form can actually lead to physiological break down in many people. A book like this one will surely be of help to the one who needs to de-stress. A good way to bring mind and body into harmony.

I just got through reading the sample and found it quite profound! The book is quite metaphysical in essence, for me. And this is precisely why I know it will live up to its name. In this 'rat-race/ modern- era' we live in today, stress leading to untimely illnesses, even resulting in untimely death sometimes, this book is almost a necessity to de-cluttering ones' psyche so as to be in a state to simply be/ relax/ meditate and take it easy. What I most appreciate about the author is his willingness to share his personal experiences; in doing so, he demonstrated immense courage. I tend to believe only in people who have had experiential awareness, and this author, exposing his vulnerability, has won my heart! I would love to read this book simply because it is an honest account emanating from the authors personal experinences, and, this is the reason, I know for sure that it will help me tremendously.
This is an honest book that the fake world of today needs in order to stop!, wake up, and become real ourselves.
I salute the author for this marvelous work!
Thank you?

Great review! The well-written sample really got hit home for me. My dad and my husband both suffer from ulcerative colitis and I suffer from IBS.

Stress is a huge problem right now. All types of physical and mental problems develop because of Stress!! Our society seems to be rushing headlong into even more stress. We take phones with us constantly, we are always connected... never really enjoying green spaces or slow moments. Not really listening to others or connecting. Connections to others - as in real connections, not just "likes" and "comments" give us stability to weather rough times. Kudos to the author for tackling this and letting the reader see raw moments.

This book by Dean proves to be a cure to people living with acute stress. It has clearly elaborated the importance of meditation to problems solving in our daily life without consulting qualified medical specialists . Thanks again to Mr Dean!!

Love that quote. So true! This definitely sounds like a book many people could benefit from reading. Thanks for your informative review.

It sounds like a great book that helps its readers deal with the every day stress that sometimes come with life. It sounds like a book many should read.
