Thanks for the review. This sounds like an interesting book on Mindfulness. I have always enjoy personal stories, but also really like practical books with specific exercises. I am looking forward to reading this one.

Stress can be a spur or a killer, and mindfulness can be useful in either application. This is a practical book, of use to people with a logical approach who are seeking a "how to" following the "why".

Well written review. The cover gives an immediate relaxing feel which plays into the book quite well. I think that I will read this on my personal time, because I deal with some of the same issues. It's always nice to be able to relate with someone just to know that you are not the only one.

This sounds like an interesting combination of a personal and practical piece. I have always wondered if meditation could help me in my day to day life and maybe this book will be my motivation to learn a little more. Thank you for the review.

Stress built over time is very dangerous to one's health. This book is very useful to educate us how to handle stress better and how to cope with it. Your review helped me realize this. Thank you!

I agree that every person has to deal with stress in their own way and some are not successful. For me, dealing with a lot of stress in my life was eased immensely once I no longer worked due to a disability. Now I mostly see the glass as half full so life is much easier. Nice review.

Great Review! I have downloaded this book and can't wait to dive in. I've already read the first couple of pages and was already getting sucked in.

I like this book and the way that they author uses computers as an analogy for the human brain. I also like that the author divided the chapters like a story and used his life as an example.

It's always hard to put yourself out there and be brutally honest about personal things such as medical conditions like the one Dean Nelson has. I definitely give the author kudos for telling his story like that. This book definitely seems relatable as everybody deals with stress on some level. Great review!
