The book "The In-Between" by Christian Espinosa is an inspirational book that shows us the importance of having a balanced life. This book contains the author's real-life stories, which brought him to realize how important it is to be present in the moment (what he referred to as the in-between) while having a future to look forward to and taught him how to escape the status of not living in the present (what he called the bubble state) to living a life to its fullest by embracing the tiny moments (or what he referred to as the micro-moment) and considering them as the recipe for success (what he referred to as the macro-moment). The book has 10 chapters entitled: My Rock-bottom Moment, Actionable Awareness, Resetting My Identity, Informed Intentions, Authenticity, Core Value Alignment, Presence, Insight, Leadership, and The In-Between on Action. The author also provided tips in the last part of the book, which can help the readers apply the lessons from this book to themselves.

This book was written in English. It used vocabulary that was easy to understand and had a friendly tone, which made it available to everyone. The way the author relayed his stories was engaging, making you want for more. You have nothing to dislike about this book. This book was also professionally edited.

Overall, I want to rate "The In-Between" by Christian Espinosa 5 out of 5 stars. It is a well-written and engaging book for everyone. It's also a self-help book that contains real-life struggles and solutions. This book will make you reflect on your own beliefs, which the author believes are necessary for your own growth.

Specifically, I recommend this book to every teen and adult, whether single, married, with or without a partner, professional or unprofessional, boss or simply an employee in the lowest position.
