I love how inspiring this book is. I can appreciate needing a couple of days between finishing a book and writing a review.

Good review!
I will admit, I absolutely hate motivating autobiographical books.
But... seeing as this is the December BOTM... and you do recommend it so vehemently... Maybe I'll give this one a go.
Thanks!

Thank you for the great review! I was not expecting the story to go from real estate to punk roots. I am familiar with the L.A. punk scene and now I am even more interested to read about his involvement in that. The real estate part seems interesting, too. I'm curious to find out what he went through.

Your review shows how much you appreciated and enjoyed the book. The story from paper boy to a mogul sounds fascinating. I am very tempted to read it. Comparing Burn zones to tough times in life is also a creative thought.
What is the most special thing I did today- I was MYSELF. Happy and in love and unapologetically myself.
