Drug and alcohol abuse, relationship difficulties, depression, stress, domestic and family violence, sexual abuse, and many other ills have become rampant in our world today due to a loss of personal spirituality, self-actualisation, and transcendence. Our well-being and mental health are also at risk. How will we regain our path toward self-actualisation and reconnect with our personal spirituality and autonomy?

Linda Gregory Ph.D. presents her book, Three Paths to Autonomy and Self-Actualisation for Therapists and Clients: Integration of Transactional Analysis, Spirituality, and Quantum Field, providing a guide towards self-actualisation and transcendence. She believes spirituality is not about religion but rather our deep inner self, which opens the door to self-actualisation, autonomy, and transcendence when integrated with transactional analysis. She claims that connection to our deep spirituality and understanding how to use the quantum field's power will bring profound healing to us and heal many ills in the world. Meditation is also vital to our lives and helps reduce crime, domestic violence, etc.; the author provides its importance and the main areas of life to apply. The author has explored reasons why clients visit therapists and how emotional well-being can be improved through Heart Math practice.

I love the simplicity Linda Gregory Ph.D. depicts in the book. Her guide is written in an easy-to-read style for any reader to use and enjoy the book. The author provides enough meditation exercises to deepen one's spirituality, and what I loved about them was the step-by-step instructions she provided for anyone new to meditation practice. Looking at the author's biography, her work experience, and her passion for integrating spirituality with Transactional Analysis training and teaching the power of working with conscious intentions within the quantum field of all possibilities makes one love the program guide and have no doubt about it because it reflects a good background in that field and well-researched information is provided in the book.

On some pages, the author has provided websites to get the online transactional modules she offers, where to learn more about Heart Math, and recommendations for courses related to transactional analysis. It is a good act from the author to want to help readers understand and gain more on their journey towards self-actualisation, autonomy, and transcendence. Those are positive aspects I spotted in the book.

I found nothing to dislike in the book, albeit a few errors I discovered that didn't hinder me from enjoying this self-guided book. I will rate it 5 out of 5 stars. The total rating was due to the positive aspects. Three Paths to Autonomy and Self-Actualisation for Therapists and Clients was well-written and professionally edited.

I recommend the book to people wanting to regain their personal spirituality, psychotherapists, and counselors. The book has much to grasp and is an excellent guide to helping one reach their full potential.
