This book describes step by step how to overcome fear and gain greater freedom. Kalliope Barlis uses Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques to provide step-by-step instructions for overcoming irrational fears and phobias. It offers training not therapy, and the results are quite free. Kalliope is a master communicator whose talents transcended boundaries. The writer takes the reader to the steps and levels by providing engaging, systematic and thoughtful steps to successfully overcome fear. The writer's inner commitment and desire to help people overcome their fears and their lives is palpable at best. It inspires and strengthens the reader.

Phobia Relief shows how the way we think about phobias can be changed. I like how she holds on to her phobia and stays in the present. Fear often keeps us stuck in the past and worried about the future. Fears cause us many crises, so we have to get rid of fears and think about them in order to be more comfortable in our lives. Kalliope's success rate is so high that we were understandably curious. Anxiety and fear are not things you want to keep forever. The writer learn us in her book that the brain does not distinguish between seeing, imagining, and doing. The mind works like a hologram, its core is the brain, and projects thoughts along its arbitrary boundaries known as the mind. When you think that you tell your body what to do and how to feel, which ultimately affects how you feel. You are reading this book and want to learn how to apply NLP to ease the suffering of everyone else in your life.

Kalliope Barlis uses several methods tested by Dr. Richard Bandler and crystallizes them into simple readings that can show anyone how to make irrational fears a thing of the past. And just by been willing to let go of unwanted and fearful reactions, miraculous changes can occur. Of course, meeting Kalliope or a licensed neurolinguistic programmer can end the paralysis that keeps us from living at the level of positive, productive joy we all deserve. Starting living the life you wish to live now. Find lost time and create better moments. Control thoughts that were previously uncontrollable. Reduce and change your fears. Stop imagining what you don't want and imagine what you want, and don't limit yourself with fears. You have to find your purpose and build the life you desire. This book is dedicated to everyone who wants to be free of fear of stress and phobias. Reading this book leads to a clear understanding of the possibilities of our thoughts and beliefs. Finding and living our purpose is in our hearts and hands. In his book, the author explains the basic principles and the main tools that will help you simply and effectively.

Phobia Relief is an amazing book. Kalliope Barlis does not only make it very easy to understand, but she also makes her instructions fun and easy to follow. Our thoughts sometimes create danger within us. Think when there is no real danger outside. The world depends on how you think you can change your feelings If you react strongly to something. Your ability to keep calm is possible. Everything can be possible if you change your thinking. It is just a matter of how to do it step by step by step, so it becomes second nature, and you will know how to do that step by step in this book. Phobia Relief explains how fears and phobias are formed in our minds in everyday situations and situations that become more than just fear. If you never had the privilege of working with him, let me tell you, this book lives as if he worked with you personally. You get experience and benefits for yourself by reading Phobia Relief. Go step by step with the steps of the book and let go of your fears to live the life you desire without fear. I liked the book and enjoyed reading it. The book is well edited, and the writing is simple for all readers.

I am happy to read this book and give it 5 stars out of 5 and highly recommend it to all readers. I believe that everyone can benefit from reading it, regardless of age, gender or religious beliefs.
