Play Golf Better Faster: The Little Golf Bag Book by Kalliope Barlis is a non-fiction book about adaptability and change of attitude. It emphasizes practicing strategies to improve the golf game as quickly as possible. Also, this handbook presents topics such as distance awareness, swing balance, and body alignment.

Briefly, this book focuses on the fundamental skills a golfer should gain to master his game. Kalliope Barlis illustrates a shorter and condensed version of her previous book, Play Golf Better Faster: From Weekend Golfer to Pro Golfer in Two Years, but which brings new resources and summarizes the most significant exercises for improving the golf game. She explains the swing mechanics, what influences a ball's trajectory, and a golfer's routine.

I liked the author's step-by-step exercises and practical techniques necessary for the progress of the shots. I loved her advice to golfers for aiming and alignment and her helpful methods of building their own sensory systems. For instance, I appreciated that Kalliope advised the reader to reflect on every shot and anchor his experiences. Also, I liked her strategies for improving the pitch and sand shots and that she encouraged a 15-minute attention span during a golfer's practice.

Another positive aspect of this book was its mental perspective on the game. I loved that Kalliope Barlis encouraged reflection on the golfer's training and captured various brain techniques. She addressed meaningful questions that every golfer should answer before playing or practicing. For example, I appreciated that the author urged the reader to answer those questions in positive language to highlight exactly what he wants from his game.

There is nothing I disliked about this book. I rate it 5 out of 5 stars because I liked its organized structure and the accuracy of Kalliope Barlis's ideas. I loved that she encouraged the Neuro-Linguistic Programming techniques for a more optimal game and appreciated her anchoring methods. Also, Play Golf Better Faster: The Little Golf Bag Book was professionally edited. I only discovered a minor punctuation error that did not affect my reading experience.

I recommend this book to people passionate about golf, especially those interested in learning useful techniques to improve their skills. It is perfect for those eager to read practical instructions for the golf game. Also, Play Golf Better Faster: The Little Golf Bag Book is suitable for a large audience because it has only minor profanity and no erotic content.
