Many people nowadays seek self-actualization; they want a deeper understanding of all they can be and achieve beyond the mundane, general things. Our programming has conditioned us to be busy "doing" and not just "being" in the moment. This book, Three Paths To Autonomy And Self-Actualisation: Integration of Transactional Analysis, Spirituality, and Quantum Field by Dr. Linda Gregory, provides a way for the reader to achieve a balance between "doing" and "being". This book explains how to achieve autonomy and self-actualization and how to give oneself a higher level of purpose beyond "doing".

Linda, in this book, introduces the reader to the main terms to be used in the book: Transactional Analysis, Quantum Field, and Physis, among others. The book starts with an introduction of the main terms. In this book, "spirituality" refers to the soul energy that lives in each of us, our deepest selves, rather than religion. The reader is taken on a journey of self-actualization through heart math, understanding scripts, and things that can make a person feel stuck. Linda opens readers' minds to understanding intuition and living in the moment.

The book has a total of twenty-one chapters. The chapters flow seamlessly into one another. Each chapter serves as a foundation or background for the next chapter. I enjoyed reading the book because it is written in an easy-to-read style that can be understood by laymen and professionals. Linda sampled sayings from renowned scholars and philosophers to buttress her points. I learned through the book that one’s thoughts are powerful and can change or bring about a result, both negative and positive. One needs to control and direct one’s thoughts, and what one thinks about and visualises to bring positive things to reality. It is a workbook or guide for connecting to spirituality and working towards self-actualisation and autonomy.

I, however, find the many therapy exercises and meditation exercises cumbersome. It would be ideal if it could be better harmonised or unified. The book is efficiently edited, and I did not notice any errors. I will rate the book 5 out of 5 stars.

This book is particularly written for Transactional Analysts and all other psychotherapists, psychologists, psychiatrists, counsellors, coaches, and other helping practitioners. However, it can also be used by people who are on a journey toward self-actualization.

I recommend this book to everyone who yearns for more and wants to get empowered to achieve more. It will help awaken your "I AM" deep spiritual self, which is vital to reaching self-actualisation
