Review of T is for Treason
T is for Treason by Tim Trott explores the crime word "Treason" as observed in the United States. The author succinctly demonstrated an act of crime in the book by looking into different treason stories. This book commenced with the author discussing William Bruce Mumford's treason case before dealing with others. The author discusses many criminal cases charged with treason, such as Jefferson Davis, Joseph Smith, and other names in the book. Besides, illegal voting and voter fraud were discussed in the book as related to treason. The author discloses election fraud around Donald Trump. He also discusses the January 6th event, "The March for Donald Trump Rally." This was one case of treason this book elaborately dwelled on.
The word "Treason" in the context of this book was treated as an offensive crime in the United States. The book exposed and enlightened us about the word "Treason." It induced the fact that it's a crime against a nation with a drastic penalty attached, as this was a significant aspect the book emphasises.
Another important point to note was the accuracy of the book. All the crimes of treason treated in the book were precise. The authenticity of the book is quite alluring. Also, the reality of the book was a bonus point. Most personalities discussed in this book were prominent persons, and it is admirable to note that the author wasn't sentimental with his writings. He gave out truthful details as he penned down these cases of treason.
Also, the fact that this book was a combination of life cases made the book more appealing and quite educational. I never really understood the full context of treason until I came across this book. I love this book's standpoint, especially for persons like me who had little or prior knowledge of the word "Treason."
I love the serial arrangement of every part of the book. It was another positive aspect of the book. It was marvelled how the author could develop such a creative idea. For instance, every case relating to broadcasting followed a particular alignment. In order words, similar cases were treated orderly.
However, the early part of the book wasn't as elaborate as I expected, considering it examined past treason cases. Apart from this, I found nothing unpleasant about this book. I was immensely impressed by the author's coordinated and articulated manner in writing a book in this context.
T is for Treason by Tim Trott deserves a rating of 3 out of 4 stars because it has many errors. The book doesn't seem professionally edited.
This book could be recommended to those who enjoy reading historical crime cases relating to the USA. Also, those with a basic understanding of the word "Treason" will find this book very illuminating.
