The Soul Code by Dr. Leigh Riley is a self-help book that explains why people behave in particular ways and how to identify the root cause of these behaviors so they can make informed decisions and make positive changes in their lives. It is the first book in the 369 series that is aimed at helping readers understand their collective consciousness and what fuels them in life.

The book is broken down into 11 chapters that cover the definition and origin of the soul, aspects that make up the soul, the relationship between souls and energy, the link between the soul and astrology, and other soulful topics.

With the help of Ailemon (an ascended soul master), Archangel Michael, Yahweh, and Source, Dr. Riley has cracked the code and wishes to share her discoveries and lessons with the rest of the world through The Soul Code.

The book not only teaches readers how to reconnect with their souls, but it equips them with tools to better handle and overcome some of the most common hurdles they are likely to encounter on their soul-seeking quest. Once the reader is in holistic alignment with their soul, Dr. Riley teaches them how to discern their soul’s language and become aware of vital soul covenants.

I particularly liked the chapter on relationship pairing. It expounds on 30 different types of relationship pairing that essentially describe why we gravitate towards and hold on to certain relationships.

There is nothing about the book that I did not like. On the contrary, I found it to be enlightening as it helps readers realize that we all possess the answers we seek. They are within us. We must pay attention to our inner voices and energy, knowing that this is the most effective approach to live fulfilled lives. However, there were times when I struggled to connect with the book’s teachings and believe some of the revelations shared in it. To the author’s defense, she mentioned that some of the teachings will make readers “throw their hands up in the air and declare her a lunatic.” I suppose my struggles stemmed from my lack of openness to receive the teachings without question.

I found only a few errors, and the book appears to be professionally edited. The topics have a coherent flow and blend seamlessly. Therefore, my overall rating of the book is three out of four stars. I deducted one star because I struggled to process some of the teachings.

The book requires open-minded readers who are prepared to put in the work to learn and unlearn the dynamics of the soul. I highly recommend this book to readers on the journey or those considering embarking on the soul-seeking journey.

A book that explains why people behave a certain way and the robot cause of those behaviors will be very educative. Great review.

It introduced me to quite a number of new concepts that took me a long time to comprehend. It is definitely not to be read in one sitting but it's worth reading. Enjoy!
