In a time where the people on this planet are all suffering from Covid burnout, Covid worries, or even Covid itself, works like this book make a significant difference. This book provides medical knowledge in a simple way that informs without preaching. The statistics given are all clear and easy to understand, and the narrative is a helpful one. One of the most positive things about this book is how it offers factual information that makes a difference in how people deal with Covid.
Every aspect of treatment seems to have been covered in this volume. I appreciated the attention to detail, and I liked that the author left no stone unturned when it came to finding ways to affect, treat, and heal people dealing with Covid.
I felt that the sections dealing with preventatives were beneficial and informative. The addition of vitamins and minerals and the fantastic ways to fend off the Covid virus were valuable. They offered some viable and affordable methods for people to stay healthy.
I found no negatives to mention for this book. The title and description accurately represent what is in the book. It seems like a great tool to have handy as we go through this pandemic. There is an extensive glossary of terms that will prove to be invaluable when reading different medical terms used today. This section added to the book’s value because it makes it more than just a book on one subject. It turns it into a bookshelf resource and permanent reference tool.
One of the things I liked best about this book is that it offers hope in a time that shakes a person’s confidence. As a person who has had family members who have survived Covid and still deal with its effects, I see the value of this publication. It is exceptionally well edited. I found no errors or problems to mention in this review. I recommend this book to anyone who has questions regarding the prevention and treatment of Covid. It will appeal the most to those who wish to educate themselves on preventing and surviving Covid. I am happy to rate this book with 4 out of 4 stars.
