Review of Happy Healing
'Happy Healing' is the book of practicing self-healing. Dominique Bourlet explained how he discovered, developed and applied the Happy Healing protocol for particular patients.
In the book, he told about pain and diseases. Both are the warning signal about somethings bad happened in human body. He explained that positive emotion toward pain will help us from overcoming a disease. Dominique shared his personal experiences, when he was traveling in different countries for enrich his professional skills. When he was in Central Europe, he had given a medical acupressure to a female patient. The patient was sufferings from her uterus, sometimes it was bleeding. The patient was very much irritated by the uterus that she decided to remove her uterus. Dominique try to convenience the patient but he could not succeed. This sad story give him a powerful therapeutic intuition called Happy Healing. He said that medical treatment and test not always helpful for a patient to heal. And the Happy Healing protocol is appropriated for six types of patients and gave twelve guidelines. In chapter-6 , he gave some sample of reports of Happy Healing. Happy Healing consists of eight magical steps. These steps are divided into two process. One is Evaluation process and second is Transformation process. In evaluation process there are two phase; phase A and phase B and in transformation process there are six phase; phase 1 to 6. The name of the phases are; A. awareness; B. empathy; 1. compassion; 2. gratitude; 3. humility; 4. joy and trust; 5. fusional love; 6. peacefulness. In phase A, the injure part are scanned to know the pain and it intensity and in phase B, description BOP ( body part- in- pain) as a person and the negative feeling toward it. In first cycle ( phase 1 to 3), the negative feeling decreased slowly and in second cycle (phase 4 to 6), the positive feeling increased progressively. If a patient take Happy Healing protocol, he/she will feel double miracle. First, modify emotion. Second, positive feeling increased and negative feeling decreased gradually.
Happy Healing is the process of converting negative feeling into positive. It's taught us how to love our pain and discomfort. Talking regularly to our BOP(body part-in-pain), help to understand what he feel. In the book, Dominique said that BOP is our best friend and also act as messenger. Told us that he need care. Love is everything. Only loving the BOP can help to reduce emotional negativity. Dominique told about some exercise like; yoga, sleeping etc. These exercise help to improve mental and physical health. As we know that physical and mental health both are important for our fitness. Happy Healing is helpful not only for diseases person, but also for a normal human being. Overall, the language are used by Dominique is simple and easy to read and understand.
Dominique emphasized more on emotional healing. But in our practical life, we can see that patients suffering from severe diseases cure by medical treatment. Emotional healing help to supplement medical treatment.
I rate this book 4 out of 4. Because mental and physical health are integral part for one fitness.
All kind of people can read this book. It's help to remove mental stress and love the BOP. love more and suffer less.
