Growing up in a predominantly Christian environment, it is easy to become immersed in biblical teachings as a child. But as we get older and we start to see true horrors in the world, many start to question their faith. Despite the errors, it sounds like this book provides great encouragement during these moments.

I am always thankful for growing up in a Christian environment because the teachings I got there are my go to place when nothing makes sense. Life is harsh and downright unjust at times and can leave you questioning everything! But the foundation that was laid growing up, helps me navigate life a little better. The author's profession made him doubt God's existence; but, I wonder what made him change his mind. Did it have to do with his profession? Interesting. Great review!
