“If I could give them a 6 out of 5 stars, I would!” If you would like to hear those couples of words from the mouth of your customers, this book was the answer.

Customer Service Is Dead by Mitch Graf is a non-fiction book answering the question “how to do 6-star service manifesto?”. A 6-star service manifesto means achieving more than what the customer expects from the services offered by your business. It is doing beyond excellency in the field of customer service. Serving customers passionately with sympathy in order to give them more than they wanted.

This book focuses on step-by-step procedures, ideas, and informative situations experienced by the author and other successful businesses such as Aldi, Pearson’s Candy, Starbucks, Lego, Chewy.com, and more on attaining the said 6-star service manifesto which helps the reader/entrepreneur to not only to develop his business but also to gain loyal customers which have the biggest factor on a business as stated on the book.

This book is not just about perfect customer service but also humanity where core values are even stated as a way to serve the customers exceeding their expectations. It teaches that customers matter more than money which was misunderstood by most of the businesses in the world, the reason few of them lasts and developed in the business world.

I love how the author discusses his own experience as a customer to explain the different customer services and extract lessons from them that will be beneficial to the readers. His style of writing was so friendly that it felts like I, as a reader is talking to him personally. I also admire his notion of using questionnaires that let the readers think not just the exact answer but think more than it.

I can't find any negative comments about this book. The book was professionally edited. 4 out of 4 stars is my rating on this book but because I was able to attain numerous learnings, I want to give it a 6-star rating. No doubt! The author is well-known, well experienced and a man with a great personality.

This book isn’t useful to future and existing entrepreneurs but also to service crews who are searching for ways on how they can improve their services to make their customers into loyal ones. This is the reason why I highly recommend this book to aspiring entrepreneurs, entrepreneurs having difficulty running their business, passionate service crews, and entrepreneurs looking for ways of improvement/s.
