The Little Book for Big Transformations (2nd Edition) by Skip Jennings is an amazing book focusing on self-reflection and self-improvement. The book provides daily affirmations and lessons to contemplate. Each daily lesson is a page long with an affirmation at the end. The book covers various topics and provides positive advice to readers looking to make improvements in their lives. Thirty-one daily devotions or lessons are provided by the author. The descriptions for each day address possible obstacles to be overcome or lessons to be learned. Skip Jennings is an experienced motivational speaker and transformational coach. He has experience in wellness, health, fitness and nutrition. The book covers these topics and more.

Each of the thirty-one daily affirmations begins with an inspirational quote by a celebrity, author or historical figure. The quotes provide another level of inspiration and cover a wide range of topics. For example, Deepak Chopra and Dr. Wayne Dyer are cited. The book also focuses heavily on the spiritual aspects of meditation and prayer. The author notes that there is no destination, only the journey. His goal is to transition readers into living more spiritual and enriched lives. The author emphasizes the importance of loving yourself and others.

I enjoyed reading this book. What I enjoyed most about the book were the affirmations at the end of each daily reflection. The author summarized the daily reflection into one or two sentences and asked readers to reflect or mediate on those affirmations to transform their lives. Mr. Jennings has a genuine interest in impacting the lives of readers in a positive way. The advice and reflections he focuses on are interesting and thought-provoking. On a personal level, I recognized certain daily affirmations were devoted to areas I need to work on improving in my life.

There was nothing I disliked about this book. The reflections and daily affirmations are only a page long for each of the thirty-one days. This makes it easier for readers to find time every day to read another topic that will assist them in transforming their lives. The commitment to read one page a day is not time-consuming, and the results will be significant.

I give this book a rating of 4 out of 4 stars and recommend it to readers with an interest in self-help books. I would also recommend it to readers with an interest in improving their lives through meditation and self-reflection. There are sections devoted to prayer and some biblical quotes that may not appeal to some readers with conflicting religious beliefs. There were a few minor errors in the book that did not take away from my enjoyment. For this reason, I believe the book was professionally edited.

The provision of daily affirmation makes this book unique. Affirmation is a tool that boosts our moral or should I say, motivates us when the going is getting tougher. Kudos to the reviewer.

What a practical way to improve our lives in a month! In our hectic lives, we often lack the time to read as much as we'd like, so I always appreciate books (especially non-fiction) that keep things short without sacrificing value.
Great review!

This book seems amazing. It can help people by making them realize the importance of self-reflection and self-improvement. The quotes by some prominent personalities are a bonus, as people tend to pay more attention to things said by them. Also, it may encourage them to work on things. Thanks for the great review.

This appears to be a useful inspirational book that encourages the reader to take time for self-reflection and meditation. I like the fact that there are quotes from various people at the beginning of each lesson with an affirmation at the end. It provides a good time for the reader to reflect on how this resonates with them and whether it can help them make changes in their own life. Thanks for the good review on this book.

I won't be reading this book as I'm not into non-fiction, but you mentioned that it contains quotes and affirmations. So, I may just go through it to check out the affirmations.
Great job on the review!
