I have never really been a fan of religious writings. However, this seems unique. It is mostly based on the new testament which makes me more interested. I can't wait to read and find out more about the aspects of Jesus that I did not know. Great review.

The author certainly put a lot of thought into writing this book as he includes various gospels and verses to analyze their meanings, and what they tell about the divinity of Jesus. Congrats on BOTD!

religion is such a wide topic, that i dont think any one man can say they have mastered what religion entails. Having said that, i think books like this, that give different perspective on religion and the life of Jesus, go along way in helping people understand Religion.
Congrats on the book of the day and the review was well written

Although I am a Christian, I am not really interested in other people's point of view as I have my own beliefs. I like the original approach of this book, though.

Books like this sometimes leave me confused about the things I already know, that's why I don't read them. Glad that the author was able the simplify his findings for the readers. Good review.

Well, I'm rather close-minded when it comes to religion as I'm more than a hundred per cent sure that I've found the truth. The Word of God is inspired by God and is complete in itself. It also admonishes not to go beyond the things written. These texts from Mary Magdalene and Thomas definitely fall into that category, and I'm not curious to find out what they contain. If they were inspired, I believe they would have been documented in the Scriptures as the others were. Thanks for the review, though.

I admire the author's writing style. Also, I love that the author did this research with reference to the gospel of the Bible. I will love to read the book and understand the author's three divisions in it. Nice review.

I've read many volumes about the historical Jesus, so I think I'll pass on this one. Also, the sample provided on Amazon was so limited it's difficult to deduce how good the book might be. Nevertheless, congratulations to the author on achieving BOTD.
