[Following is an official OnlineBookClub.org review of "Dibble" by Dr. Darlene Adamdon-Henderson.] [rwc=id471641-125]4 out of 4 stars.[/rwc]Dibble by Dr. Darlene Adamson-Henderson is an inspirational non-fiction book with advice on how to enjoy life from a Christian perspective. The author shares seven basic steps that any person can make to be blissful and happy in their life. The writer's tone is simple, friendly, and casual, but she discusses profound concepts in the text, expressing herself logically and coherently.

The first choice that the author advises the reader to make is to acknowledge God as a Supreme Being in order to live a purpose-driven life, as only God can fill the emptiness in people's lives. Next, the author tells the readers that they must accept God in their lives in order to be happy and fulfilled. Also, the writer explores the significance of choosing to be healthy and to prosper by being a 24-hour 7-day-a-week Christian. Further, the author discusses the fact that obedience to God brings blessings to one's life, which also creates some enemies who are jealous of a blessed person. Moreover, the author explains that seeking God with diligence and patience is rewarding, as God is faithful to those who seek Him. She uses some of her personal experiences to prove her point.

There were plenty of strengths to this book. Firstly, it was structured methodically and carefully into seven steps that are easy to understand. The writer uses an argumentative and persuasive tone to ensure that her points are logical and rational. Additionally, the text was original, as the author also shared her own experiences in a creative and unique manner. Also, I only spotted a few errors in the book, so it has been professionally edited. What I liked most about the book was that it had many Biblical verses that were motivational, truthful, and convicting. In turn, this made the book pleasant and enjoyable to read.

This book is best suited for readers who are looking for purpose and meaning in their lives. The author addresses some profound issues in this book such as faith, joy, and patience, thereby making this book ideal for the reader who is searching for answers and direction in their life. In my opinion, Christian readers will prefer this book because there are verses from the Bible in the text, while the author writes from a Christian premise.

To sum up, I rate this book with 4 out of 4 stars. The methodical structure, the inspiring advice, the professional editing, and the originality in the text deserved no less than a perfect score. ****** Dibble View: on Bookshelves
