Can you define success? What do you know about it? Do you believe in other people’s success stories? Would you really like to be inspired and get motivated? How To Be Successful: Think Like A Leader is a non-fictional book that will guide you in finding the success you deserve. The author of this great book is M. Curtis McCoy.

The author was was once diagnosed with Type-1 diabetes and malignant brain tumor and I was greatly impressed by how he really struggled with his health problems and and his desire to build something that will help others and himself. The book has details about the author’s life depicting his struggles to find his success. Details of the some successful people who M. Curtis McCoy had interviewed like Jeff Wobig, Connie Wyatt, Caujuan Mayo and others are also present in the book.

Narrated from the second person point’s of view, the book has some questions that makes a reader to reflect on his/her life. I appreciate the author for these questions because, personally, I also asked myself these questions. I even took a notebook and a pen and wrote a lot about myself and some characters in this book! Just read this book and I bet it, you will greatly be inspired! You will learn more about essential lessons like practising delayed gratification, becoming an “overnight success”, the art of saying “no”, six keys to building quality friendships and many more.

What I liked most about this book is inclusion of several inspirational quotes. I liked the inclusion of bible verses in the book too. They contribute a lot in getting the reader inspired. I also liked the several headings present . Readers can pause severally as they analyse what they have just read before proceeding to the details under the headings that follow. Details in this wonderful book are vividly described.

There is absolutely nothing that I disliked about this book. I only found one grammatical error that can be corrected by editing the book just once. The error did not detract me from my overall enjoyment of the book and I therefore reward it a rating of four out of four stars because of the author’s exceptional writing skills. I recommend this book to all readers who have the desire to be successful in their life. Read this book and you will learn how to be successful!

Looks like this is a very useful book, especially for those who are suffering from illness. The author's experience may be encouraging them in their fight.
