How To Be Successful: Think Like A Leader is written by M. Curtis McCoy, the author shares his own story, history, and experiences regarding the world of challenges and success. The book shows you the pathway and leads you to the path of how to live a successful life. It tells you everything related to success like how one faces challenges, hardships, failures, and learn lessons before reaching to the point where the person can consider oneself as successful in life. The good news for the readers is that the author interviewed highly inspirational and successful people around the world belonging to different industries, moreover, included their stories of success, hardships, failures, and inspiration in the book to make it more interesting and to create a long-lasting effect on the readers.

The beginning of the book delivers the story of M. Curtis McCoy who had dreams and ambitions of being an entrepreneur from childhood and ends up becoming a successful man and inspirational to many. At age of twenty-seven, he earned extreme success in different industries and businesses. But, his life took a turn when he was diagnosed with brain cancer and oncologists gave him finite days to live. Brain cancer took significant days from his life like unable to live independently and loss of success also, short-term memory loss. He experienced both physical and mental health loss. The good thing is when life takes away something from you it later gives you something more than before you ever had.

The author mentioned lines from the Bible and talked from a religious point of view but, he wrote the book in a manner that readers belonging to any religion can achieve benefits out of it. This book was beyond my expectations. It provides easy and helpful advice so that people can understand it quickly and tries their best to use it in their life to progress towards success and becomes an inspiration for others too.

The best element of the book is the author delivered lessons and advice to the readers through interviews of successful people. Personally, I like his idea of using interview style in his book. Moreover, this way it becomes fascinating for the readers to acknowledge their life, strength, motivation, and logical plans towards success.

The book is well-edited and there was not a single page of the book where I could get bored so, I am rating this book 4 out of 4 stars. The author beautifully communicated the experiences of success in the world.
