A review of Let's Mountain Bike by Paul Molenberg. This book is an invigorating helpful book for anyone. It is highly comprehensible by anyone with basic English skills and easy to follow. The setting of the book flows smoothly from basics about mountain biking to trail love.

In this book, the author exhausts everything one would need to know about a bike, from types, frames, components, purchases and upgrades. Not just that but also how one can accessorize their bikes to make it comfortable to them or to match their personality. The guide also has step by step lessons on generating skill, the necessary exercises and what to do when gaining momentum and switchbacks, how to navigate inclines and declines, what to do in advent of a crash, or how to avoid them. The author also guides the reader on fitness training. The entire bulk of it, from endurance, strength, flexibility to nutrition and hydration.

The book completely fulfils its purpose to fully encourage people to go mountain biking, fully preparing them for all types of trails and circumstances. It brings a fresh and new perspective to a hobby. The author explores mountain biking with so much passion that a reader will feel a sense of purpose to oblige with the books title: Lets Mountain Bike! Do you have questions about mountain biking? Or quite possibly some misconceptions? Then this is the read for you. The adrenaline associated with such an ‘extreme sport’ seems a bit much for most people, however, the book eases you into the idea of the activity being, and one might say Zen.

This book is a collection of that knowledge many seek about mountain biking, with comprehensive information, tips for all riders: experienced and inexperienced, advice on an array of upcoming issues and even all you would need to know about bikes. The best thing about this book is possibly that one does not need prior experience of mountain biking to understand the content, anyone could possibly grasp the concept as it is extremely detailed and comprehensive. The book seems to cover everything one could think about, even questions on weight proportionality to height distribution.

I would encourage anyone with a desire to go mountain biking to pick this read. It could also come in handy for anyone looking for a new hobby. The introduction alone will leave you wanting to pick up a bike, any bike and immediately explore the nearest mountain, hill or alleyway. It is written to help you get out of the house and go exploring!

I rate this book 4 out of 4 stars[b/]. It has absolutely no errors and appropriate for all audiences.I would highly recommend the book to anyone in need of a short knowledge inducing read.
