In a short 25 page book, the author Jaclyn Brottman, holding a Master’s Degree in Clinical Art Therapy and is certified as a Wellness Practitioner and a Human Resources Profession, explains to many aspiring ladies out there on how to choose a healthy lifestyle and fit into that short black dress that every woman dreams of.

The author is a loving wife, a blessed mother, and an excellent cook herself, and being a vegetarian, explains in detail how meat-lovers can improve their food choices to enhance the positive effects of their diet. She is well-versed with the effects of using wrong food storage ideas and suggests through a well-researched plan on how to avoid toxins and other harmful stuff that can make you ill.

Wholesome eating, getting plenty of rest and exercise, in the words of the author, are the need of the day. She explains how the right choices will benefit you hugely, help you get fit and toned, and help you fit into that gorgeous little black dress that will ensure that you are proud of the way you present yourself.

The author is fit and healthy herself, as can be seen from her picture, so that lends more credibility to her words as she certainly practices what she preaches. All in all, the book was a good read.

I give this book 4 out of 4 as the author has clearly researched the subject and written an excellent account of it. It's clearly-written, well-defined, and an excellent guide for all women looking for some sensible health and fitness advice.
