Thanks Mindi. That is a very informative review. It is indeed a need in every human being, regardless of social status, to find something greater than themselves to believe in. When you find faith, you want your family to be with you as well.

I'm not a religious person so I think I'll pass this time as from what I have read the book had Christian themes that focuse strongly on God. Still I'm sure the book will find its reader and a lot of people will be ispired by the author's father's life and his actions. Congratulations on becoming BOTD!

I grew up in a Christian family and so I can immediately relate to the author's message: life means nothing without Jesus. Great review!

I chuckled when I read the quote about time, land, and only so much of it. I can relate to this quote; while time is infinite, each period of life during this time is finite. Great review!

Insightful review..enjoyed it! As a christian i wouldn't mind adding it to my library. I believe in this life, it's never too late for anything nonetheless. Thanks!

I like these kinds of religious books. Honest and down-to-earth they serve to testify. Well done!

Thanks so much for such review. I like Christian-themed thrillers, they are usually inspirational. Personally, I was touched by this well written review alone. I will have to read the book myself.

This book sounds like it's full of life experiences and lessons for people of all sorts, regardless of their religious background! Am sure a lot can learn the importance of connecting with God no matter how much riches life has offered them.

Sounds quite inspirational, but the thing is - I am totally not into inspirational stories. Book based on memoirs of someone else father also don't seem all that interesting for me. Sorry, but I will have to pass this one.

Considering how this book displays religion (Christianity) as a fundamental theme, I don't think it's for me.

It's a beautiful thing to pay this kind of tribute to one's father. I admire the author's initiative, but Christian-themed books are not for me.

It is obvious that this book is written by someone so enthusiastic about her faith that she feels the need to share it with others.
This feeling seems to be catching as the reviewer is equally touched by this awe.
While I respect that and I am happy that Chuck finally was able to believe in God, I prefer such feelings and experiences to be reported in a more subliminal way.

"Don't get fat" is practical wedding advice!

It would be good to read about how King met the King of all. Yes, it is never too late to find God.
